30‑Day Return Policy
We offer a 30‑day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition as when received, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • To start a return, email us at support@shilaforge.com.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@shilaforge.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.


14‑Day EU Cooling‑Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return for any reason within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
